We have plenty of Parking. There is no additional fee for parking however, for weekday events; we suggest having Event Staff assist with the parking. We can help provide this service. Contact us for details.
The Grand 1401 is capable of creating breakout rooms throughout their (2) two ballrooms, as well as partnering with neighboring theaters and banquet halls.
The Grand 1401 has partnered with the Radisson Hotel Fresno Conference Center and the Double Tree by Hilton Fresno Convention Center, to provide great prices and special accommodations as needed. They are both within (1) one mile of The Grand 1401.
With the rental of our ballrooms, we provide 66 in. round tables. We can provide any type of table or chair at your request, for an additional rental fee.
We are contracted with an A/V company. We can customize your A/V needs. Additional fees will apply.
We require 50% of the room rental rate as a deposit to hold the date. This goes towards your final balance, which is due (5) five business days prior to your Special Event.
We have a list of preferred caterers that we ask for you to use. If you have a caterer that is not on our list, they must be PRE-APPROVED by The Grand 1401. Additional fees may apply. Contact us for details.
All alcohol must be provided by a licensed provider and must be controlled during the event. The Grand 1401 has multiple Bar Service companies that are approved and can customize your bar menu for you.
